BATU KAWAN: Eco World Development Group Berhad [EcoWorld] 14th sales gallery opened its doors officially today, unveiling Eco Horizon, its newest modern integrated green township located in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan, Penang.
The 300-acre Eco Horizon is situated just right opposite IKEA. The gross development value of the new mixed development townships is approximately RM7.76 billion (with Eco Sun).
In conjunction with the opening of its new sales gallery, EcoWorld also held an appreciation dinner for purchasers of Eco Terraces and Eco Meadows today to celebrate the third anniversary of EcoWorld Prestige – the Group’s innovative purchaser rewards programme.
Over 400 guests were invited for the dinner held at Eco Horizon, EcoWorld’s new development township in Penang. Guests were greeted by the Lion Dance performance and follow by an update on the Group performance, Eco Terraces and Eco Meadows since their respective launches back in May 2015 and September 2015.
President & CEO Dato’ Chang Khim Wah thanked all present for their continued support and trust in the Group’s products and brand. He also shared the joy with the purchasers for winning Best of The Best Employer Malaysia in AON Hewitt’s Best Employer Studies in 2 consecutive years in 2016 and 2017.
“We are really thankful for the strong support from our customers. Tonight is a very good opportunity for us to catch up with our customers, update then with the progress of the Group and gather feedback from them on how we can improve ourselves not only in our product offering but our service quality. The feedback is the benchmark for us to further enhance our future developments. EcoWorld is an aspirational developer, although we are only a 4 year-old company. We want to have products that enhance the lifestyle and give our customers a premium,” Chang added.
Guests also got to preview the concept and design of the Group’s upcoming Eco Horizon development. Eco Horizon is accessible from the Batu Kawan Interchange of the North-South Highway via expressway linking to the Second Penang Bridge and thence onto Lebuhraya Bandar Cassia. Alternatively, it is accessible from the Bukit Tambun Interchange of the North-South Highway via Jalan Bukit Tambun, Jalan Batu Kawan and thence onto Lebuhraya Bandar Cassia, all being well-maintained metalled roads. Eco Horizon is surrounded by industrial park that provide ready employment and vicinity has growing population catchment and completed with all the amenities.
Eco Horizon will be the first gated and guarded landed residential development in Batu Kawan corridor. The signature master roundabout is the first sign for the residents and visitors before stepping into the elegant gateway. A pair of Flamingo Lakes with landscape in a total of 13.6 acres welcomes you right after the gateway.
