Opening of Eco World’s 12th Sales Gallery – Eco Grandeur

SELANGOR: Eco World Development Group Berhad’s (EcoWorld) 12th sales gallery opened its doors officially today, unveiling Eco Grandeur, its newest modern integrated green township located in the North West of Klang Valley.

Spanning across approximately 5 acres, the sales gallery consists of an event hall, gourmet kitchen, an office and amenities, landscaping and an open air carpark. Different from the earlier galleries, the EcoWorld Gallery @ Eco Grandeur’s structure is made out of steel framing with brick wall and is supported on a reinforced concrete raft foundation. The estimated built-up area of the building space is 20,000 sq ft.

“Construction works commenced in early June and only took two months for all of this to be up and ready as we are eager to showcase Eco Grandeur to the public and serve customers with our warm EcoWorld hospitality,” said President & CEO of EcoWorld, Dato’ Chang Khim Wah.

Eco Grandeur is a 1,400-acre leasehold mixed development township which will be developed in tandem with Eco Business Park V, the Group’s first gated & guarded green business park in the Klang Valley. The combined gross development value of the projects is RM15 billion. “Eco Grandeur is significant for the Group as it marks our entry to the North West Klang Valley growth corridor. We hope that Eco Grandeur and the adjacent Eco Business Park V will be able to transform this corner of Selangor economically,” added Chang.

Chang said that Eco Grandeur will offer homes that are affordable without compromising on quality and luxury. Apart from first-time home owners, the project’s primary target market are people who already live in the area and are looking for a better quality of life without having to move away.

The concept of Eco Grandeur is a modern integrated township that has all the hallmarks of an EcoWorld development – outstanding architecture, lavish landscaping, excellent security, and signature landmarks. It promises to be a haven for its inhabitants, providing not just well-designed, well-built homes but an all-encompassing and rewarding lifestyle.

Eco Grandeur embodies modern Victorian elegance, from architecture to landscape. It draws inspiration from the Victorian era that is famous for grandeur and eclectic character influenced by arts and crafts brought back from the four corners of the world.

Eco Grandeur is planned and will be built according to environmentally-conscious principles. The development aims to achieve a Green Building Index Certified Township status and conservation efforts are greatly prioritised. Trees found on the original land will be transplanted to create a matured setting for the enjoyment of residents when they move in.

“We are delighted to be able to create another EcoWorld product that affirms our mission in Creating World-class Eco Living in all our Developments. The icon for Eco Grandeur is the 62-acre Dragonfly Lake with extravagant views of a surrounding 60-acre Town Park. The entire development will also be completed with cycling and walking paths to promote a healthy lifestyle for our residents,” added Chang.

The development is strategically located with access via five major highways – the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway, North South Expressway and the two upcoming highways namely the proposed Damansara-Shah Alam Expressway and the West Coast Expressway, which will be completed by 2019.

Products being previewed in the lead up to Eco Grandeur’s maiden launch include 2-storey garden homes and 2-storey terrace homes within gated and guarded landed strata precincts with perimeter fencing and a central guard house.
