SHAH ALAM: Following its successful launch at the recent EcoWorld’s Firsts campaign, Eco Ardence has achieved another milestone with the opening of its sales gallery today.

The 533-acre freehold Eco Ardence is an exciting joint venture between Eco World Development Group Berhad (EW Berhad) and Cascara Sdn Bhd. The eco-township is inspired by modern tropical design elements and has a GDV of RM8.58 billion. Eco Ardence is the re-imagination of Shah Alam as a suburban city of Art, Culture & Commerce.

Located just before Setia Alam, the sales gallery utilises a marquee tent and has a built-up area of 13,500 sq ft. It boasts an event hall, gourmet kitchen, an office and amenities, landscaping and an open-air carpark.

The project’s first phase of 432 semi-Ds and bungalows units priced from RM1.3 million recorded a strong take-up of 85% in its September launch.
