SHAH ALAM: Following its successful launch at the recent EcoWorld’s Firsts campaign, Eco Ardence has achieved another milestone with the opening of its sales gallery today.
The 533-acre freehold Eco Ardence is an exciting joint venture between Eco World Development Group Berhad (EW Berhad) and Cascara Sdn Bhd. The eco-township is inspired by modern tropical design elements and has a GDV of RM8.58 billion. Eco Ardence is the re-imagination of Shah Alam as a suburban city of Art, Culture & Commerce.
Located just before Setia Alam, the sales gallery utilises a marquee tent and has a built-up area of 13,500 sq ft. It boasts an event hall, gourmet kitchen, an office and amenities, landscaping and an open-air carpark.
“The Group is delighted to open this new sales gallery after the very successful launch of Phase 1 of Eco Ardence in September. With a full-fledged gallery in place, we will now be able to serve our customers better and showcase the project to its full extent,” said Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin, Chairman of Eco World Development Group Berhad.
“We are excited with this new milestone and look forward to the synergistic growth of this partnership and the development in many years to come,” said Mohamad Nadziff Bustari, Director of Cascara Sdn Bhd.
The project’s first phase of 432 semi-Ds and bungalows units priced from RM1.3 million recorded a strong take-up of 85% in its September launch.
“Response for Eco Ardence has been very encouraging as it is an ideal township for upgraders. We see a huge potential for this market from surrounding matured developments such as Klang, Setia Alam and Subang Jaya. With the sales gallery up and running, we will be able to showcase Eco Ardence to more people and serve customers with our warm EcoWorld hospitality,” said President & CEO of EW Berhad, Dato’ Chang Khim Wah.
Eco Ardence offers gated and guarded landed strata homes with 20ft back lane gardens. This enhances the integration between residents and nature besides providing a more private home setting for all the units. Well-thought-of space planning complemented with state-of-the-art infrastructure such as fibre optic cable network, high-speed broadband and smart home system are also part of Eco Ardence.
Chang mentioned that home designs suitable for all walks of life have also been incorporated. Eco Ardence has a good mix with luxurious landed homes for upgraders; innovatively designed apartments and well-conceptualised integrated commercial units for the lifestyle needs of younger homeowners as well as empty nesters. Regardless of the family size – young parents, large extended households or elderly residents, there’s something for everyone.
Eco Ardence is planned and will be built according to environmentally-conscious principles. The developer aims to achieve a Green Building Index Certified Township status and conservation efforts are greatly prioritised. A modern tropical architectural concept was chosen to articulate its vision in promoting green sustainable living. Homes are completed with eco-friendly features such as solar water heater, rainwater harvesting tank and 3R Compartments.
“We are thrilled to be able to create another EcoWorld product that affirms our mission in Creating World-class Eco Living in all our Developments. Eco Ardence is a place where community needs are taken into account before planning. The entire masterplan for Eco Ardence is designed to cater for walking and cycling from one point to another via dedicated walkways and cycling paths to promote a healthy lifestyle for our residents,” added Chang.
The development is strategically located with access via four major highways – the New Klang Valley Expressway, Federal Highway, ELITE Highway and the Guthrie Corridor. Via these highways, Eco Ardence is just 11km to Klang, 16km to Subang Jaya, 18km to Petaling Jaya, 24km to Damansara, 30km to Kuala Lumpur and 52km to KLIA.
Products currently being previewed at the Eco Ardence Sales Gallery include Pavilion Homes, Bungalows and two types of Semi-dees.
