In September 2015, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin in his capacity as Menteri Besar Selangor had launched the ground-breaking ceremony for the apartments. Now just over three years later, Rumah SelangorKu ‘Simfoni’is ready to welcome its first residents.

Comprising three blocks with a total of 870 apartment units, the standard size of the apartments is 750 sq ft and fall under the Rumah SelangorKu Type B category which are priced at RM100,000. All units come with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin, Chairman of EcoWorld Malaysia said that the Group was extremely proud to be part of the Selangor state government’s initiative in achieving its vision of ensuring that housing was made affordable and attainable for the people.

“At EcoWorld, community building is integral to our business and we strive to live up to our mission of being a caring and responsible organisation which actively contributes back to society,” said Liew.

Although Simfoni Apartments fall under the affordable homes segment, it offers an incomparable quality of life. Residents enjoy access to a range of amenities that have been planned for the Eco Majestic township.

President & CEO of EcoWorld Malaysia Dato’ Chang Khim Wah said: “We have always placed a high importance on our product and service quality for all purchasers, and there are no exceptions for our affordable housing range. We have ensured that Simfoni Apartments also carries elements of the EcoWorld DNA with its clean white façade, entrance statement, 24-hour manned guard house and linear parks to name a few.”

Chang added that Eco Majestic broke new ground and challenged industry norms with Simfoni Apartments by creating quality affordable homes. “We have definitely raised the benchmark where affordable housing is concerned and hope our residents of Simfoni Apartments feel as much pride as we do to call this place home.”

The 1089-acre Eco Majestic was launched in May 2014 and is EcoWorld’s flagship township in the Klang Valley and easily accessible through its East Gate via Jalan Semenyih, the North Gate via the grand Red Carpet Bridge and the West Gate via Exit 2102A from the Kajang-Seremban Expressway (LEKAS).

Public amenities such as hypermarkets and retail malls, education institutions, healthcare, sporting facilities and recreational parks are conveniently available in the vicinity for residents’ convenience in meeting their work and lifestyle needs.

Over a four‐year period, four residential precincts (namely Cradleton, Tenderfields, Gentlebre and Merrydale) with a total of 1,967 units and 2 parcels of neighbourhood shop‐offices (Brighton & Ivoris) with a total of 148 units were launched. To date, all these units have been completed and handed over successfully.

Eco Majestic has also launched three parcels of affordable housing namely Simfoni, Karisma & Harmoni Apartments comprising 2,520 units of low to medium costs homes. Both Simfoni (870 units) and Karisma (750 units) have been handed over. The apartment blocks are thoughtfully designed with architectural themes mirroring the overall colonial‐straits era style adopted throughout the township. Ample facilities including playgrounds, multipurpose courts, surau, function halls, guardhouse, gazebo and carparks have also been provided.
