EcoWorld unveils first Klang Valley Show Village

Semenyih: Fast-rising property developer, Eco World Development Group Berhad (EcoWorld) unveiled its first show village in the Klang Valley today at its township development of EcoMajestic. The developer’s first flagship township in the Klang Valley, the show village on site saw over 1,500 people turning up for the event.

President & CEO of EcoWorld, Dato’ Chang Khim Wah said the Group had achieved another milestone with the opening of the new show village.

“The team has been looking forward to this day for a long time since the project was first conceptualised more than a year ago. We can finally showcase this masterpiece that we have been talking about which reflects the team’s vast experience in developing townships for the past 25 years as well as new elements that incorporate our vision of creating a township of tomorrow and beyond,” said Chang.

The EcoMajestic Show Village spans 30.3-acres and is the crown jewel of the RM11.14 billion development situated in the booming Semenyih locale. The show village consists of the EcoWorld Gallery, a 5.37-acre Swan Lake and a collection of 10 different show houses luxuriously spread across 1.19acres.

The EcoWorld Gallery is an impressive 30,000 sq ft “Straits Era” inspired sales gallery and office space. Its voluminous ceiling height of 8-metres creates an immediate feeling of grandeur with function rooms, a lounge area, a coffee corner and a special theatre room. Green features include rain water harvesting system, LED lighting and a design that maximises on natural sunlight.

Guests who were made up of EcoMajestic purchasers and their families were treated to a 3D holographic launch show that was projected into the middle of Swan Lake, using mist as a canvas to screen a three-minute long video. The video portrayed the essence of the EcoMajestic development and concluded with a message of appreciation from the Management and Team EcoWorld.

Other highlights for the night were special features by MyFM deejays Jack Lim and Jeff Chin, an acrobatic lion dance act and musical performances.
