PUNCAK ALAM: Eco World Development Group Berhad (EWDG) signed two Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today with Brainy Bunch International Islamic Montessori (Brainy Bunch). The MOUs are for the purchase of land – one in Eco Grandeur, Shah Alam and another in Eco Tropics, Iskandar Malaysia.
The plan is for Brainy Bunch to develop and operate an International School Campus in Eco Grandeur and develop and operate a Montessori Kindergarten Campus in Eco Tropics.

Founded in 2010, Brainy Bunch has seen remarkable growth in just a short span of six years and operates 73 pre-school campuses nationwide. It also has an Elementary/high-school campus in Putra Heights, two schools in Singapore, one in Indonesia and a charity school in Gaza. With a total student population of over 6,000 Brainy Bunch is the largest and fastest growing Islamic Montessori school in Malaysia. It is also the only Elementary Montessori school in South East Asia with Cambridge International Primary Programme & North America Montessori Center.
The International School Campus in Eco Grandeur will be the first in the vicinity that caters to both primary and secondary students. “With a reputable education provider like Brainy Bunch in Eco Grandeur, it will be an exciting time for our township and the surrounding area to grow. With the international school campus coming in, the community at Puncak Alam have primary education till tertiary education available which is advantageous for Eco Grandeur purchasers which mainly consists of young families as well as upgraders from all over the Klang Valley,” said Chang.
Spanning over 1,400 acres, Eco Grandeur is a leasehold mixed development township which will be developed in tandem with Eco Business Park V, the Group’s first gated & guarded green business park in the Klang Valley. The combined gross development value of the projects is RM15 billion.
Eco Grandeur recently opened their show units which consists of Phase 1 products – the Graham Garden terraced homes and the Avenham Garden homes. Graham Garden consists of well-designed 20ft x 65ft terraced homes with prices starting from RM 529,000 while Avenham Garden offers unique 30ft x 60ft garden homes priced from RM697,000.
Phase 2 of Eco Grandeur will see the launch of the 11-acre Esplanad precinct which consists of 96 units of two and three storey shop offices with modern Victorian façade flexible floor plan, double volume ground floors, superior frontages and up to 14 ft of walkways. Units come in various built-ups starting from 3,000 sq ft and prices from RM1.4mil onwards.
In Eco Tropics, Brainy Bunch will be purchasing land to develop and operate a Montessori Kindergarten Campus in EcoWorld’s RM5.4 billion mixed-township known for homes that are inspired by the timeless architecture of The Hamptons resort on Long Island, New York.

With the completion of the 33-acre West Lake Gardens town park in January, Brainy Bunch’s entry to Eco Tropics is very timely and in line with our mission of creating world-class eco living in all our developments,” said Chang.
Eco Tropics’ latest launch is the 20ft x 70ft Millsgate, 2-storey terraced homes that are priced from RM560,000 onwards.
