SEMENYIH: Eco World Development Group Berhad [EcoWorld] held an appreciation dinner for purchasers of Eco Majestic and Eco Sky last Saturday to celebrate the third anniversary of EcoWorld Prestige – the Group’s innovative purchaser rewards programme.
Over 2,000 guests turned up for the dinner held at Eco Forest, EcoWorld’s upcoming township in Semenyih. Guests were greeted by the EcoWorld Symphony Drummers and also given an update on Eco Majestic and Eco Sky since their respective launches back in December 2013 and May 2014.
President & CEO Dato’ Chang Khim Wah thanked all present for their continued support and trust in the Group’s products and brand.
“We are grateful for the strong following from our customers and this dinner is our simple way of saying thank you. It also gives us an opportunity to catch up with our customers, update them with the progress of the Group and gather feedback from them on how we can improve ourselves not only in our product offering but our service quality. The feedback is even more vital now that we have handed over our developments and we would like to use their feedback as a benchmark for us to further enhance our future developments,” Chang added.
The Group recently handed over Eco Majestic’s Cradleton precinct, which consists of 612 units of 2-storey terraced homes as well as the Tenderfields precinct – 576 units of 2-storey cluster Semi-D & Semi-D Straits Era inspired with colonial style architecture in May & Jun respectively.
While Eco Sky’s commercial component – The Retail Offices, which offers over 100 units of retail shops designed to accommodate the city’s sophisticated shopping, dining, entertainment and lifestyle demands, was handed over back in December 2016.
EcoWorld also took the opportunity to excite purchasers further with the announcement of its special packages and rebates running from 5th August till 8th October.

In conjunction with the EcoWorld Prestige celebrations, guests were treated to a special preview of Cartoon Network “We Bare Bears 1001 EXPO” that will run from 12 August 2017 to 3 September 2017. Guests will be able to view a variety of We Bare Bears displays such as 1,001 units of a variety of We Bare Bears, Wefie We Bare Bears, Picnic We Bare Bears & many more. The highlight of the exhibition is the 50ft stacked We Bare Bears figure, which is the highest stacked figure in the world as verified by the Malaysian Book of Records.
Guests also got to preview the concept and design of the Group’s upcoming Eco Forest development, a freehold 515-acre mixed-township located next to Broga Hills. Strategically situated with connectivity to various highways and expressways such as LEKAS, SKVE and SILK and situated near tertiary educational institutions such as UTAR, University of Nottingham, UNITEN, UKM and UPM, Eco Forest is set to cement the Group’s leadership position in the growing south eastern Semenyih corridor.

The evening was filled with great food and an entertaining performance by a local live band. A lucky purchaser managed to get a Samsung Galaxy S8 during the lucky draw session as well before the night ended with a spectacular display of fireworks.
