SELANGOR: It was an extraordinary afternoon with a perfect balance of art, culture and architecture at Eco Sanctuary with the official opening of the Grandezza show village by Eco World Development Group Berhad [EcoWorld] today. The developer unveiled a total of four show units, two bungalows and two semi-Ds.
Grandezza is the final landed, gated and guarded precinct of Eco Sanctuary and offers luxury semi-Ds and bungalows. The semi-Ds come in various built-ups starting from 2,903 sq ft and prices from RM RM1.88mil onwards while the bungalows are priced from RM2.8mil with built-ups from 3,288 sq ft onwards.
The Grandezza precinct includes facilities such as a 22,000 sq ft exclusive private clubhouse within two acres of lush greenery. Homes will also feature rear linear gardens from 30ft up to 300 ft for residents to enjoy.
“We are thrilled to open the Grandezza Show Village today as this is the last landed precinct for us in Eco Sanctuary. The development’s natural terrain has been a great inspiration for us to create a modern day sanctuary befitting of its name,” said President & CEO of Eco World Development Group Berhad Dato’ Chang Khim Wah.
In conjunction with the opening of the Grandezza Show Village, EcoWorld has also collaborated with Pulau Ketam Art Association to bring in 43 international artists from 12 countries to exhibit their paintings at one of the show units which will be transformed into an art gallery known as Grandezza Art Gallery. The exhibition will go on for a month and the paintings are also up for sale. 10% of all proceeds from the paintings will go to the Good Samaritan Home, a children’s home in Klang.
Chang said EcoWorld was delighted to be collaborating with Pulau Ketam Art Association and that Grandezza offers the perfect platform to showcase works of art. “The architectural language of Grandezza is as mesmerizing as an art piece. You could say that it is one-of-a-kind, just like a painting,” he added.
In April, The Grandezza Art Gallery will be showcasing Coffee Painting artworks by local artist Vivian Lee. Lee is a young and bright artist famous for being the First Coffee Caricature Artist in Malaysia.
