ECO MAJESTIC UNVEILS 19 TENANTS AT MAJESTIC LABS – SEMENYIH’S NEWEST RETAIL & COMMUNITY HUB

KUALA LUMPUR: Eco World Development Group Berhad’s flagship township of Eco Majestic today unveiled the first group of 19 tenants set to open at Majestic Labs, its newest retail and community hub.

The milestone marks an exciting new chapter for the maturing township, which was launched in 2014, with Majestic Labs poised to become a go-to destination for residents and the surrounding Semenyih-Kajang community.

Speaking at the unveiling event, EcoWorld Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Liew Tian Xiong said that Majestic Labs, which is part of EcoWorld’s Eco Hubs pillar is a key placemaking strategy focused on delivering vibrant, people-first commercial spaces.

“At EcoWorld, building great townships means more than just homes – it’s about creating spaces where people can thrive. We kicked off 2025, with the opening of TUAH 1895, Bukit Bintang’s hottest lifestyle and food destination and we’re bringing that same energy and insight to Semenyih with Majestic Labs. This is not just a commercial centre – it’s a curated space built for connection, creativity and community. Today’s unveiling is more than just tenant list— it’s a celebration of the vibrant mix of businesses who share our vision. Each brings something unique, and together they’ll shape Majestic Labs into a welcoming, energetic hub for all.”

Slated for a soft opening in late September 2025 and a grand opening by year-end, the 3.6-acre Majestic Labs comprises 47 units across four floors (LG, G, Level 1 and Level 2), with ample parking including 384 carpark bays and 157 motorcycle lots. As of today, occupancy stands at approximately 70%, with a curated mix spanning F&B, fitness, childcare, retail and entertainment.

The 19 tenants are: Believe Fitness, Claviera Petite, EcoWorld Gallery @ Eco Majestic, Melody Kindyland, Chef Kecik, Flow Academy, Fui Chuai Chinese Restaurant, Hock Kee Kopitiam, Xiaomi, Nando’s, V Ride Plus, Jungle Gym, Fiezta Arena, Taning, Niki Japanese Dining, Canton Boy, Giomepickle, myBurgerLab and OPEN PLAYHOUSE.

In line with EcoWorld’s sustainability commitments, Majestic Labs will also feature a rooftop solar photovoltaic (“Solar PV”) system expected to generate 410,870 kWh of clean energy annually — enough to power the common areas, reducing approximately 291 metric tons of CO₂ emissions each year. The building also incorporates green materials such as Starken AAC blocks and vent blocks to support passive cooling, reducing energy use and minimising environmental impact.

Strategically located next to the 20-acre Eco Majestic City Park, Majestic Labs enjoys high visibility and excellent connectivity via the dedicated LEKAS–Eco Majestic Interchange, positioning it as a new landmark in the Southern Klang Valley growth corridor.
