Eco Forest opens sales gallery and show village

SEMENYIH: Eco World Development Group Berhad (EcoWorld Malaysia) opened its doors to its latest sales gallery, the EcoWorld Gallery @ Eco Forest, Semenyih. Eco Forest is the Group’s second development in the vicinity, following the hugely successful Eco Majestic development which was launched in 2014. The developer also took the opportunity to unveil its show village today featuring eight show units.

With a GDV of RM 3.5 billion, the 515-acre Eco Forest is a freehold mixed-development township comprising gated and guarded strata landed residential, apartments and commercial products.

Located just next to Broga Hills, the sales gallery boasts a unique A-shaped design and has a built-up area of 18,000 sq ft. It boasts an event hall, gourmet kitchen, an office and amenities, landscaping and an open-air carpark.

Thousands thronged the show village, in excitement to view the eight show units which showcases variations of double storey homes from Eco Forest’s upcoming maiden launch – Ebonylane, a landed strata gated & guarded parcel with 685 residential units with a built-up of 1,865sq ft onwards, including 6 types of Artisan Homes and 3 types of Garden Homes. Artisan Homes consists of well-designed 20ft x 65ft, 20ft x 70ft and 22ft x 70ft terraced homes while Garden Homes offers unique 30ft x 62ft garden homes. Prices begin from RM598,000.

“We are thrilled to be able to create another EcoWorld product that affirms our mission in Creating World-class Eco Living in all our Developments. With a full-fledged gallery in place and the show village ready for viewing, we are excited to showcase Eco Forest to its full extent and serve our customers better,” said President & CEO of EcoWorld Malaysia, Dato’ Chang Khim Wah.

With a strong eco theme, approximately 50 acres of land in Eco Forest have been reserved for blue belts and green lungs. The reserved blue belts are beautified retention ponds that help provide additional open space for residents and visitors to jog and cycle in a scenic environment. While the span of green lungs will provide better living quality to the surrounding residents.

“We have dedicated 25 acres of the development for the Forest Lake Park – a public space which comprises a dedicated path of 3 meters and 4.5 meters for walking & cycling, which is purposefully and strategically located in the heart of Eco Forest to make it easily accessible from all directions,” added Chang.

The development is strategically located with access via various major highways and expressways such as LEKAS, SKVE and SILK and also accessible via Jalan Broga from Jalan Semenyih. In addition, the development is located near educational institutions such as Notthingham University, UTAR, UKM, Open University, Uniten, and UPM alongside popular recreational areas like Broga Hills, Semenyih Organic Farm, Ostrich Farm, Rabbit Fun Land, Hutan Lipur Sg Tekala Orchard Farm and excellent amenities like Tesco and the Kajang Hospital.
