9.11 for the purpose of credit evaluation, review or reporting and carrying out debt-collection or assisting other institutions to do so;
9.12 prevention and detection of crime including without limitation to money laundering, terrorism and fraud prevention, detection and prosecution;
9.13 required by government authoritis or otherwise in compliance with laws, rules, regulations, by-laws, orders, guidelines and/or directives issued by the relevant authorities;
9.14 enforcing EcoWorld’s legal rights and/or obtaining legal advice;
9.15 facilitating any transaction with EcoWorld, which may include opening of utility accounts, registering ownership, and managing and maintaining of common property;
9.16 facilitating business transactions which may include mergers, acquisitions or asset sales;
9.17 compliance with internal policies and procedures, including without limitation, risk management, product planning, insurance, audit and other administrative purposes;<
9.18 for all ancillary purposes relating to the provision of facilities including the provision of computer, telecommunications and technology services;
9.19 human resource applications; and/or
9.20 any other incidental purpose relating to any of the above or any transaction with EcoWorld.

10. For the purposes as set out in Section 9, your Personal Data may/will be disclosed to the following parties:
10.1 any company or representative within EcoWorld;
10.2 EcoWorld’s third party service providers or agents (including without limitation auditors, lawyers, consultants, insurers, adjusters and utility companies);
10.3 any registered credit reporting agencies under the Credit Reporting Agency Act 2010 [Act 710];
