This Privacy Notice outlines how Eco World Development Group Berhad, its related corporations, associates, affiliates and joint development companies as well as their representatives (collectively, “EcoWorld”) collect, use, disclose and process your Personal Data in respect of transactions with EcoWorld.

For the purpose of this Privacy Notice, the terms "we", “our” and "us" shall refer to any company or representative within EcoWorld and the terms "you" and “your” shall refer to yourself and/or such other persons or companies represented by you of which you are providing Personal Data.

  14. enforcing EcoWorld’s legal rights and/or obtaining legal advice;
  15. facilitating business transactions which may include mergers, acquisitions or asset sales;

  17. for all ancillary purposes relating to the provision of facilities including the provision of computer, telecommunications and technology services;

  19. any other incidental purpose relating to any of the above.

*Where you have consented to receiving Marketing Information and/or sharing your Personal Data with third parties for the purpose of Marketing Information, you may opt-out of receiving such Marketing Information or sharing of your Personal Data with third parties for the aforesaid purpose at any time by contacting EcoWorld at the details provided in Section 13.

In the event where Personal Data is requested by EcoWorld, you have an option not to provide additional information requested other than the information which is indicated as necessary to facilitate the commercial transaction. If insufficient Personal Data is provided or your consent or the consent of any Relevant Person given herein is withdrawn, EcoWorld will not be able to provide you with its products and services and/or fulfil any of your request to EcoWorld for any of the purposes as set out in Section 8.

For the purposes as set out in Section 8, your Personal Data may/will be disclosed to the following parties :

  1. any company or representative within EcoWorld;
  2. EcoWorld’s third party service providers or agents (including without limitation auditors, lawyers, consultants, insurers, adjusters and utility companies);
  3. any registered credit reporting agencies under Credit Reporting Agency Act 2010;
  4. EcoWorld’s business partner, investor, assignee or transferee to facilitate business asset transactions (including without limitation to any merger, acquisition or asset sale);

  6. any governmental authorities or regulatory bodies; and
  7. any other party authorised and consented by you.

EcoWorld may disclose your Personal Data to any or all of the parties stated above which may be located within or outside of Malaysia or involve sending your Personal Data to a location outside of Malaysia.

  3. apabila anda memasuki mana-mana urus niaga dengan EcoWorld;
  4. apabila anda membuat pembayaran berkaitan dengan mana-mana urus niaga dengan EcoWorld;
  5. apabila anda berkomunikasi dengan kakitangan EcoWorld;
  6. menerusi keutamaan peribadi anda melalui penggunaan laman web EcoWorld;
  7. apabila anda mengambil bahagian dalam peraduan, acara, penyelidikan pasaran dan kaji selidik EcoWorld;
  8. apabila anda menghantar permohonan pekerjaan kepada EcoWorld; dan

  5. memudahkan program kesetiaan pelanggan EcoWorld;
  6. mengemas kini Data Peribadi anda;
  7. memudahkan penyertaan anda dalam peraduan dan acara EcoWorld;
  8. mengendalikan penyelidikan pasaran dan kaji selidik dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki produk dan/atau perkhidmatan EcoWorld;
  9. *penghantaran maklumat pemasaran, pengiklanan dan promosi tentang produk/perkhidmatan lain EcoWorld, rakan kongsinya atau pembekal pihak ketiga yang ditawarkan kepada anda (“Maklumat Pemasaran”), melalui mel pos kepada alamat-alamat anda dan/atau penghantaran elektronik kepada alamat emel anda, pesanan teks (SMS/MMS), panggilan telefon dan/atau pemesejan berasaskan telefon yang lain kepada nombor-nombor telefon anda;
  10. mengendalikan pemeriksaan kredit/perdagangan dan pemeriksaan latar belakang yang lain ke atas anda dan di mana berkenaan, mana-mana Orang yang Relevan dengan mana-mana agensi pelaporan kredit berdaftar pada bila-bila masa untuk tujuan memproses transaksi dengan EcoWorld atau setakat mana apa-apa jumlah yang masih belum dibayar yang kena dibayar dan terhutang dengan EcoWorld;
  11. untuk tujuan penilaian kredit, pengkajian semula atau pelaporan dan menjalankan pengumpulan hutang atau membantu institusi lain berbuat demikian;
  12. pencegahan dan pengesanan jenayah termasuk tanpa had kepada pengubahan wang haram, perbuatan keganasan dan pencegahan frod, pengesanan dan pendakwaan;
  13. yang dikehendaki undang-undang, peraturan, undang-undang kecil, perintah, garis panduan dan/atau arahan;
  14. menguatkuasakan hak undang-undang EcoWorld dan/atau dalam mendapatkan nasihat undang- undang;
  15. memudahkan urus niaga bisnes yang mungkin termasuk penggabungan, pengambilalihan atau penjualan aset;
  16. pematuhan dengan dasar dalaman dan prosedur termasuk tanpa had kepada pengurusan risiko, perancangan produk, insurans, audit dan untuk tujuan pentadbiran;
  17. bagi kesemua tujuan sampingan yang berkaitan dengan peruntukan kemudahan termasuk peruntukan komputer, telekomunikasi dan perkhidmatan teknologi;
  18. permohonan sumber manusia; dan/atau
  19. mana-mana tujuan sampingan berkaitan dengan mana-mana seperti di atas.

*Di mana anda telah bersetuju untuk menerima Maklumat Pemasaran dan/atau perkongsian Data Peribadi dengan pihak ketiga untuk tujuan Maklumat Pemasaran, anda boleh memilih untuk tidak menerima Maklumat Pemasaran sedemikian atau perkongsian Data Peribadi anda dengan pihak ketiga untuk tujuan yang dikatakan di atas pada bila-bila masa dengan menghubungi EcoWorld di maklumat yang diberikan pada Seksyen 13.

Sekiranya Data Peribadi diminta oleh EcoWorld, anda mempunyai pilihan untuk tidak memberikan maklumat lanjutan yang diminta, kecuali maklumat yang dinyatakan perlu untuk memudahkan urus niaga komersial. Sekiranya Data Peribadi yang tidak mencukupi diberikan atau persetujuan anda atau persetujuan Orang yang Relevan yang diberikan di sini ditarik balik, EcoWorld tidak akan dapat menyediakan anda dengan produk dan perkhidmatannya dan/atau memenuhi mana-mana permintaan anda kepada EcoWorld untuk mana-mana tujuan seperti yang dibentangkan dalam Seksyen 8.

Bagi tujuan seperti yang dibentangkan dalam Seksyen 8, Data Peribadi anda mungkin/akan didedahkan kepada pihak-pihak yang berikut:

  1. mana-mana syarikat atau wakil-wakil dalam EcoWorld;
  2. pembekal perkhidmatan pihak ketiga atau agen EcoWorld (termasuk tanpa had kepada juruaudit, peguambela dan peguamcara, perunding, penanggung insurans, adjusters dan syarikat utiliti);
  3. mana-mana agensi pelaporan kredit berdaftar di bawah Akta Agensi Pelaporan Kredit 2010;
  4. rakan perniagaan, pelabur, pemegang serah hak atau penerima pindahan EcoWorld untuk memudahkan urus niaga asset bisnes (termasuk tanpa had kepada mana-mana penggabungan, pengambilalihan atau penjualan aset);
  5. mana-mana agensi penguatkuasaan undang-undang;
  6. mana-mana pihak berkuasa kerajaan atau badan pengawalseliaan; dan
  7. mana-mana pihak yang diberi kuasa dan dipersetujui oleh anda.

EcoWorld boleh mendedahkan Data Peribadi anda kepada mana-mana atau kesemua pihak yang dinyatakan di atas yang mungkin terletak dalam atau di luar Malaysia atau melibatkan penghantaran Data Peribadi anda kepada lokasi yang terletak di luar Malaysia.

Anda boleh meminta dalam tulisan untuk akses kepada dan meminta untuk pembetulan Data Peribadi anda yang tidak benar, tidak lengkap, yang mengelirukan atau yang tidak dikemas kini tertakluk kepada pembayaran yuran yang ditetapkan, mana-mana sekatan undang-undang yang terpakai dan keadaan kontrak.
