Eco Majestic welcomes first batch of residents

SEMENYIH: Eco Majestic has reached yet another milestone with the handing over of their first landed home series – the Cradleton precinct, which consists of 612 units of Straits Era inspired 2-storey terraced homes with colonial style architecture. These homes are Unifi-ready and the first 300 residents who move into Cradleton will receive a free Unifi subscription for 12 months.

The Cradleton precinct, which is approximately 50 acres, is the first completed stratified landed development in the Semenyih corridor.  Approximately 12.37 acres of the precinct are dedicated to greenery which is inclusive of pathways that consists of a bicycle route that is approximately 2.3km. Total land area dedicated for the central park and linear park is approximately 2.6 acres with outdoor facilities suitable for all generations such as a fitness station, playing lawn and outdoor living room and a specially customised carousal children playground.

Some of the value-added services offered include pre-move in cleaning, professional movers, broadband application, paid TV application and gas delivery.

Eco Majestic is also showcasing its newly completed show unit for the Harmoni Apartments and the show houses for its latest collection, the Stoneridge Precinct comprising cluster homes, semi-dees and bungalows was recently opened for preview.
