EcoWorld’s upcoming EcoSky receives warm response
THE official launch earlier this week of Eco World Development Sdn Bhd’s latest Gallery to showcase their upcoming green-integrated mix-use development known as EcoSky and developed by EcoWorld drew a warm response.
According to the company, an estimated 5,000 people were present during the opening, althought the number could have been higher.
According to Eco World Development head of sales, marketing, credit control and customer care, Evon Yap, “We printed about 10,000 brochures for the opening, but we’ve already ran out.”
Even with the gallery due to close for the day on Sunday at 6.00pm, more people were still seen streaming in, looking to investigate EcoWorld’s highly-anticipated maiden development in Kuala Lumpur — EcoSky.
The 10-acre EcoSky site is located just off Jalan Ipoh, between two KTM stations (Taman Wahyu and Batu Caves) with easy access to major highways such as MRR2, NKVE, Plus Highway.
Minutes away from the site are amenities that includes the likes of Tesco, AEON Big Kepong, Jusco Metro Prima Shopping Centre as well as the Selayang Hospital.
To differentiate themselves from other mixed-use developments, EcoWorld has designated 24% of their total land area (33,000 square feet) as green space — providing a view of flora and fauna that made up of gardens, cascading water features and reflective pools.
