EcoWorld prestige celebrates 2nd Anniverssary, Eco Sanctuary unveils Care Hub Programme
SELANGOR: To celebrate the second anniversary of EcoWorld Prestige – an innovative purchaser rewards programme, Eco World Development Group Berhad [EcoWorld] held an appreciation dinner for its purchasers at its Eco Sanctuary township today.
Speaking to EcoWorld purchasers, President & CEO Dato’ Chang Khim Wah thanked them for their continued support and trust in the Group’s products and brand.
Guests were shown a short video on EcoWorld’s journey to date and the latest developments of Eco Sanctuary since its launch in June 2015.
“We are grateful for the strong following from our customers and this dinner is our simple way of saying thank you. It also gives us an opportunity to catch up with our customers, update them with the progress of the Group and gather feedback from them on how we can improve ourselves not only in our product offering but our service quality,” Chang added.
The evening was filled with great food, fun activities and entertaining performances which included a LED Butterfly dance and live String Quartet performance. Several lucky purchasers also got the chance to have their portraits drawn in the unique Speed Painting session.
EcoWorld also took the opportunity to excite purchasers further with the announcement of its special packages and rebates running from 15th July till 16th September. These include:
- Repeat Buyer (2%+2%)
Purchase a second, third or more EcoWorld properties and you will get a total of 4% in rebates above other ongoing promotions
- Referrer Cash (1%+2%)
When you make a successful introduction, you will get an additional 2% cash reward, making it a total of 3% off the selling price
- New Buyer (2%)
New purchasers will receive a 2% rebate on top of other ongoing promotions
In conjunction with the EcoWorld Prestige celebrations, Eco Sanctuary also unveiled plans for the Eco Sanctuary Care Hub. The pilot project will kick off in The Parque Residences – Eco Sanctuary’s luxury high rise. The Care Hub in The Parque Residences will offer 24/7 nurse-on-call services as well as a care manager to attend to any care services requests.
Chang said EcoWorld was always raising the bar when it came to creating value in its developments and the setting up of a Care Hub in Parque Residences is another first in an EcoWorld project.
Chang also announced that another Care Hub would be set up in the commercial precinct of Eco Sanctuary upon its completion in 2018.
“We are delighted to be working with Managedcare, the operator of this care services to provide our residents and also the surrounding community the convenience of a centre for accessing care administration and wellness services,” he added.
Services provided are based on the Circles of 5 Enriched Living Programme which comprises five key components – Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social and Financial. Residents can engage in the many recreational activities that surround the five components which also acts as a platform for the community to gather and socialise.
