EcoWorld unveils Eco Grandeur Show Village & Launches “My Happy Place” Campaign

PUNCAK ALAM: Following the successful launch of its first phase in September 2016, Eco Grandeur unveiled its show village today featuring 12 show units.

The 12 units are from the Phase 1 launch of Graham Garden terraced homes and the Avenham Garden homes. Graham Garden consists of well-designed 20ft x 65ft terraced homes with prices starting from RM 529,000 while Avenham Garden offers unique 30ft x 60ft garden homes priced from RM697,000.

To date, the launch of Phase 1 of Eco Grandeur has been very well received. Dato’ Chang Khim Wah, President and CEO of Eco World Development Group Berhad said the project has managed to attract many young families as well as upgraders from all over the Klang Valley.

“We are tremendously encouraged by the extraordinary reception received for Eco Grandeur and are very excited that our purchasers can now have a feel of what their dream home will look like upon completion.”

In conjunction with the unveiling of the show units, EcoWorld also kicked off the “My Happy Place” campaign across the three regions – Klang Valley, Penang and Iskandar Malaysia. The campaign is 3-month long campaign about “finding” one’s happy place.

“We believe that one’s happy place is where one is most comfortable in. Whether it’s a personal space or an experience that brings joy, comfort and peace, we hope to provide this to our customers when they buy an EcoWorld product. From carefully crafted master plans to meticulous design planning and handover, we place great emphasis on the whole process of purchasing a property from EcoWorld,” Chang explained.

“Experience is key, which is why we ensure that every customer is attended to with our warm EcoWorld hospitality from pre-sales to post sales,” said Chang.

One of the notable customer service initiatives by the Group is the EcoWorld Residence Club (EWRC) –  a one stop service centre that provides Property Care Services & Common Area Support Services. EWRC is set up to provide home support services for all residences developed by EcoWorld and is entrusted with the responsibility of managing & maintaining EcoWorld developments.

“2017 is indeed a very exciting year for us as we will be handing over more projects across the region. We have already welcomed our first batch of residents at our Eco Botanic development at the end of 2016 and we are eagerly gearing up to welcome more residents so they get to be in to their Happy Place as soon as well,” added Chang.

“My Happy Place” campaign affirms the Group’s mission in Creating World-class Eco Living in all developments as they are all masterfully planned and meticulously designed to ensure that one will always find happiness and joy in an EcoWorld development.

The campaign will feature a series of events such as:

  • World Culture Festivals at Eco Spring & Eco Tropics (Iskandar Malaysia)
  • World Cuisine Carnival at Eco Botanic (Iskandar Malaysia), Eco Sanctuary (Klang Valley) & Eco Meadows (Penang)
