SIBU: Eco World Development Group Berhad (EcoWorld) (formerly known as Focal Aims Holding Berhad) is here for a two-day premium property exhibition which is being held at RH Hotel starting yesterday, featuring six participating EcoWorld projects, from 10am to 7pm.
The projects are EcoTerraces (Penang), EcoSky (Klang Valley), EcoSpring & EcoSummer (Iskandar Malaysia) EcoBotanic (Islandar Malaysia), EcoTropics (Iskandar Malaysia) and Eco Business Park (Iskandar Malaysia).
EcoWorld is a visionary property developer on course to revolutionise and redefine the landscape of sustainable property development.
A public-listed Malaysian developer helmed by some of the most seasoned players in the industry, EcoWorld’s vision is ‘Creating Tomorrow & Beyond’ and it aims to do so by crafting world-class eco living in its developments.
EcoWorld’s recent announcements of several significant acquisitions and a corporate exercise, which will dramatically increase its landmark from 991 acres to approximately 4,926 acres that when completed, are set to push its total gross development value (GDV) to RM47 billion, placing it firmly shoulder to shoulder among Malaysia’s largest and most well-known property developers.
EcoWorld currently has 12 ongoing projects in total – ranging from affordable, ‘upgrader’ and luxury homes to integrated high-rise developments and green business parks – which are situated in prime locations across Malaysia.
The group’s first project in the Klang Valley is the integrated mixed-use development called EcoSky, which is strategically located in the suburb of Taman Wahyu at Jalan Ipoh.
Its second project is the 1,073-acre residential development in the fast-growing corridor of Semenyih called EcoMajestic, followed by a new project south of Kota Kemuning which is a 308-acre luxurious eco-themed mixed project called EcoSanctuary.
In Iskandar Malaysia, the group has launched several new residential projects and business parks.
EcoBotanic is located in the Nusajaya corridor while EcoSpring, EcoSummer and Eco Business Park I are located in the Tebrau corridor.
The group also has one ongoing project in Pasir Gudang – the EcoTropics township, which has 991.6 acres of remaining land bank.
The master plan development of EcoTropics has been recently revised to create two separate developments – a township component and a green business park known as Eco Business Park III.
Given the vast experience of its management team, the group is aggressively expanding its reach to include three new projects in Penang and has already made inroads into Sydney, Australia.
EcoWorld’s ground breaking maiden project in the Klang valley, EcoSky, comprising three residential towers as well as retail and office lots, will redefine city living in line with its development concept of ‘360 degree Living’.
As a GBI, LEEDS and BCA Green Mark certified project, EcoSky aims to create a fully integrated and sustainable environment with comprehensive amenities including 33,000 sq ft of land reserved as a green zone.
EcoSpring and EcoSummer are located on a 613.8 acre tract n the mature and well-established Tebrau corridor. EcoSpring will offer clusters and semi-detached houses while EcoSummer will offer terraced houses.
With a GDV of RM5.87 billion, both freehold developments will share an 18-acre town park with some 16 per cent of the total land reserved for greenery and water bodies.
EcoSpring and EcoSummer, sit side by side and are set amidst lakes and streams, framed by a tropical landscape and inspired by classic European architecture.
Located within Nusajaya and directly neighbouring EduCity, EcoBotanic is a premium gated and guarded township featuring cluster, semi-detached and bungalow homes.
Nestled within the EcoBotanic township is a collection of exclusive low density freehold apartments named EcoNest with first-class amenities.
Enriching EcoNest is EcoBouleward, one of the first commercial shop offices in Nusajaya that features innovative new design concepts to provide an enriching and invigorating lifestyle experience.
EcoTropics is a 1,000-acre township with a GDV of RM5.4 billion that comprises freehold residential and commercial properties, as well as Eco Business Park III – a new concept commercial hotspot.
This quaint neighbourhood features further enhancements, including broadened roads, 24-hour security, urban pocket parks and well-manicured gardens, along with a beautiful boulevard that serves as a grand welcome to its residents.
Built in strategic locations across iskandar Malaysia, all Eco Business Parks (FBP) – the 612-acre EBP in Tebrau (Flagship Zone A of Iskandar Malaysia), the 383-acre EBP II in Senai and the 248-acre EBP III in Pasir Gudang – enjoy easy access to the Pasir Gudang Highway, Eastern Dispersal Link, North-South Expressway, the Johor Bahru city centre, the Causeway, Second Link and the Senai International Airport.
Eco Business Parks are designed with multiple intelligent green features; a wide array of business solutions; synergistic smart facilities sharing; and a proprietary ‘EBP one-stop business solution’ that helps owners, especially those based in overseas, to set up their business in Malaysia.
Additionally, Eco Business Park I Phase 2 and Eco Business Park III feature a brand new green business hub concept that synthesises retail, office, showroom and factory into one highly synergised gated development.
A luxurious niche development in the Paya Terubong district, EcoTerraces is conceived as a low density, fully gated and guarded development.
The existing natural waterfall on site acts as a focal point for the creation of a visually arresting vista of cascading pools and water features.
This will form the backdrop for the eco-inspired concept condominiums, superlinked terraces and semi-detached units comprised within the development.
