KUALA LUMPUR: Eco Sky, the first integrated commercial development by Eco World Development Group Berhad (EcoWorld Malaysia) is fully completed with the topping out of its third and final tower Clarita in March 2018.
Units for all three towers have been handed over progressively since December 2017. Purchasers were treated to good food and performances at the Eco Sky Grand Premier event held at Eco Sky’s facilities deck at Level 7.
In his welcome speech, EcoWorld Malaysia President & CEO Dato’ Chang Khim Wah thanked all present for their continued support and trust in the Group’s products and brand.

Today’s event is not only a way for us to thank our purchasers but also acts as a platform for them to get to know their neighbours and enhance community building which will create a sustainable community.” said Chang.
The 9.6-arce freehold Eco Sky is EcoWorld’s maiden project in the Klang Valley and was launched in December 2013. With a gross development value of RM974 million Eco Sky consists of three residential towers, 144 retail and office lots as well as a commercial pod.
Approximately 20% of Eco Sky’s land area are reserved for green spaces. As a GBI, LEEDS and BCA Green Mark certified project, Eco Sky is thoughtfully planned to contain a 33,000 sq ft community park, a 55,000 sq ft one-of-a-kind landscaped space at the heart of its commercial centre and a private clubhouse spanning over 100,000 sq ft. The clubhouse includes an approximately 5,500 sq ft 2-storey gym, 3 pools – lap pool, wading pool and fun pool – a sky garden and a unique rooftop garden.

Notable tenants such as Donutes, GTC Bridal, The One Lemon Fish Restaurant, De Veyron Café, Jeuner Beauty Academy Salon, Manulife, Mynews.com, Feruni, Mee Seng Optical, Proreno and KK Mart have moved in since then with more tenants moving in soon.
Since Eco Sky’s launch, around RM3 million has been spent to enhance and improve the surrounding area of the development, benefitting not only residents but the neighbouring communities as well. Works include rejuvenating the landscape of a 2.72-acre neighbouring public green belonging to DBKL, located adjacent to Eco Sky’s community park as well as building a new covered and well-lit walkway to connect Eco Sky to the Taman Wahyu KTM station. Both works have completed and are open to the public since August 2015 and Dec 2016 respectively.
Eco Sky is easily accessible via major highways such as the Duta–Ulu Klang Expressway, Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2, New Klang Valley Expressway and is only 15km away from KLCC. Residents who use public transportation need not worry as there is a pedestrian covered walkway to the nearest Taman Wahyu KTM station. In addition, the development is located near excellent amenities like Tesco, AEON Big Kepong, Jusco Metro Prima Shopping Centre, and the Selayang Hospital.
